Public credential registry
Enter the certificate ID printed on any TrueCerta credential. The lookup returns the live record straight from the issuing academy — no login required.
Where do I find the certificate ID?
The ID is printed on the certificate (format TRC-XXX-YY-NNNN) and included in any share link like truecerta.com/v/TRC-…. You can also scan a QR code on the certificate with your phone camera.
How it works
Type the code printed on the credential, or scan its QR code with your phone camera to open the record directly.
TrueCerta looks up the credential against the issuing academy's record in real time, so a revoked or expired certificate shows its true current status — never a cached “valid”.
The result shows the holder, the course, the issuing academy, and a plain status line — valid, expiring, expired, revoked, or renewed.
Records are hosted in the EU and protected with AES-256 encryption. Claim tokens are 256-bit and stored only as SHA-256 hashes, so no one — including TrueCerta — can forge a claim link after the fact.
