Our story
Why we built this
The idea for TrueCerta came from a simple observation: while universities and large enterprises have sophisticated credential verification systems, small training academies are stuck emailing PDFs that anyone can forge in five minutes with Photoshop.
We saw beauty academies, fitness trainers, safety instructors, and countless other professionals struggling to prove their qualifications. Meanwhile, clients and employers had no reliable way to verify whether someone was actually certified — so they just guessed.
TrueCerta closes that trust gap. We give small and medium training academies the same verification infrastructure that was previously only available to large institutions — at a fraction of the cost and complexity.
