What counts as a certificate?
One issued credential counts once against your monthly limit — at the moment you issue it. Verifications, QR scans, public profile views, embedded badges, and renewals are unlimited and never counted. The monthly count resets at the start of each billing period; existing certificates stay live regardless of plan.

What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your 14-day Professional trial, you can choose any plan. If you don't upgrade, you'll continue on our Free plan with no interruption to your existing certificates.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What counts toward my certificate limit?
Each certificate issued counts toward your monthly limit. The count resets at the start of each billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — save 20% with annual billing (that's 2 months free). Toggle the billing switch above to see annual prices.
What happens if I exceed my certificate limit?
You'll see a warning at 80% usage. Once you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade to issue more certificates that month.
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted in the EU, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), and isolated per academy by Postgres Row-Level Security. Claim tokens are 256-bit and stored only as SHA-256 hashes. See our Security page for the full posture.
